Here i have watched Dracula 1931 and made notes of what i noticed within the film, what stands out more and is represented a lot.
Here is just a collage of pictures from the film. As noticed the film is all in Black and white compared to the newer version which is all in colour. This 1931 version doesn't involve a lot of video effects, only the transitions that is regularly used which is fade to black.
Here i have watched Dracula 2014 and listed notes of what i could see in the film which are different or relate to Dracula 1931.
Here is just a picture collage from the film. Compared to Dracula 1931 this film is all in colour and has a lot of video effects which will encourage the audience to watch this remake rather than the original.
To compare the difference between the two films i have watched both of them, stating the comparisons between the two films, one being the original and the other being remade. There was a lot of similar aspects of the two films such as the attention brought to the atmosphere.
There were also a lot of differences between the two films being that one is modern having a sense of things that are more of what you will get today.
I find that the newest version of Dracula will get a lot of audience attention compared to Dracula 1931 and this is because certain things grabs the audiences attention. Dracula 1931 is quite basic and simple and everyday example of how people stereotype vampires whereas Dracula 2014 has a completely different aspect of them making it more interesting and eye catching.
