 Who would be the audience for your media product? 

    Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?

In comparison from my preliminary task I feel that I’ve learnt how to explore different camera shots and angles. Compared to my preliminary task i also find that i was using my surroundings wisely, so for example i only included certain things in the shot that needed to be there. 

My film i made sure that when i used a classroom, there were no other people and any posters etc that were hanged around various places. The locations i used went with the whole idea of what i was going for. On the other hand my preliminary it was supposed to be symbolic to how a meeting would be, but to film this i used a classroom and so you could see irrelevant objects and people in the shots.

I feel that i could have used a variety of other camera techniques shown in my preliminary such as zoom in and out and over the shoulder shots. I could have used over the shoulder shot when the antagonist was following the victim and this could have shown the relationship between the two characters, that there is distance so it would symbolise that the two characters are not friends having no connection to each other.

How did you attract/address your audience? 

To attract my target audience i looked at the basic codes and conventions of a horror movie , and i believe that this enabled me to attract my audience. i was able to link my 2 minute production to other genres and this would catch the audiences attention. 


I created something that was original and i think that will have a huge impact on drawing in my audience. The location that i used for my film i fond wold attract my audience as it was filmed in London so this will get lot of views from people locally.



 To promote my film i used twitter as it did not cost and it was easy to gain attention and get retweeted to friends of friends. Using this social media for promotion basically helped my film get free advertisement before i even completed it.
